just from the standpoint of logic. Bookmakers aren't stupid to put up Arsenal at pk when they are such a public team unless.........

Seriously guys... if the bookmakers strongly feel like Arsenal would win this, wouldn't be the line more like -0.25 or even -0.5. Heck -0.75. and not pk at better than even money? Doesn't make any sense to lower it to pick and invite all the squares to be on arsenal. Please correct me if i am wrong. Am i missing something here. You don't really have to know about either these teams lineup to make this bet.
