Mourinho will be happy to go with one point just to hold onto his unbeaten run in all matches since he became the coach of madrid. He wouldn't want to concede a goal either. Ac milan will be playing to win. Honestly,I can't predict the outcome of this match, but i think that ac milan are more likely to win.

I really don't see Madrid winning this match at all. BEST case scenario they draw. Look at Madrid's last away matches:

            @ Hercules won 3-1
            @ Murcia drew 0-0,
            @ Malaga won 4-1
            @ Auxerre won 1-0
            @ Levante drew 0-0
            @ Real Sociedad won 2-1
            @ Mallorca drew 0-0

I would think Milan is head and shoulders above these teams and would at least get a draw. I suspect a boring 0-0 draw.
I think Milan is a strong play here getting 1/4

Milan will be desperate to get something from this game. Draw seems likely.

I understand what your saying but why would Mourinho play for a draw? That would put the advancement of his team in jeapordy. i.e If AC Milan win in Santiago Bernabeu then its all over.

Thus, getting a goal in San Siro is much more important then not conceding a goal in San Siro.

Real are easily the better team and should play to their full potential today.

Did you look at the table to see where madrid stands??. Also, they played ac milan last week in bernabeu.
3 points is enough for real madrid to qualify, and they still have to play auxere at home.

Mourinho has not conceded so any goal in the champions league this season, and I think his priority in this match would be not to concede a goal .

I trust in my boys! And trust in Mou!

There are few reasons that make me think Real want the win today.

1.- Real don't want to be waiting till the last moment to get into the next round, don't want to see things like the last year. If they give the win to Milan so MIlan, Ajax and Real all 3 will have probabilities to go into next round, Real will be still worried about CL. And Real still has to go to Amsterdam to play.
With a Win they will be with 12 points. Basically they will be qualify and just leaving Ajax and Milan in the fight for the qualification.

2.- Real have some tough weeks coming. Atletico Madrid this week and El Clasico 11/28. If they win today in the game with Ajax in Amsterdam they can get ready for the big game with Barca. And They'll play Valencia 12/5 and 12/8 they have the game with Auxerre. So for Real is much better to kill CL today, and just worry about next games in la Liga.

I would take Madrid, only in a DNB scenario. Other then that, nope. I see them losing if anything, but I would chance it with a DNB.

I'm on Madrid-- Mourinho back in Italy, where the press hates him and playing the rivals of his former team, who hate him too. He's got the players to get a win and imo, he will.

Wanting a win, needing a win is one thing. Getting it is another. Milan is no pushover at home. I understand the arguement of Madrid wanting a win here to avoid a desparation win next match. BUT, it iw even more important not to lose. Murinho will play it safe and play for draw. Thats always his style and always will. 0-0 draw

I think Real Madrid will win the game - Jose likes his teams to win every game and he knows exactly what the gameplan needs to be to beat the Italians. The only thing thats a bit worrying from a betting POV is that the price on offer is ******* horrible.

Fist of people don't understand that Cl is whole new ball game with that being said, Real never beat Milan at San Siro. Also Milan missed Zambrota Thiago Silva and Ronaldinho against Juve and if we're going to realistic they should won that game. Now those three players are back and Milan will be much better side.

I think we are beating a dead horse. Some like MAdrid some like milan. I say we go for middle. DRAW.... or maybe milan can pull out a late winner

                                                              1. Mourinho will not play it safe by any means. He played it safe against Auxerre with 3 Center Midfielders (Khedira, Lass and Xavi) and w/o ozil or di maria. Today hell come out the same as the last games with di maria and cr7 on wings, ozil creative midfielder and higuian as striker. He knows he can get the victory in milan, Real Madrid has no pressure at all right now, and trust me that Mou wont play with a defensive approach!...

                                                              2. Play it over or dont play it... simple: milan and real has top offensive lines and the defensive line of milan is horrible. Former milan players have stated that this milan makes lots of mistakes on D and that might cost them (look at the last match against juventus).

                                                              3. This Real Madrid has grow exponentially since the beginning of the season and even mourinho admitted he didnt think the players would be playing this good with just only 3 months of training. By numbers, Real Madrid offensive line is the most lethal in all the leagues and they just keep getting better.

Worst case scenario is a 1-1 draw but I do think its a solid bet to go with Real Madrid ML!.. just my 2 cents.
