    griffdog's Sunday soccer
Went 4-3-1 with Saturday's picks...might not have as many picks for Sunday, but there will be several.

    First up...

PK 35 -1/2, -1 vs. Klubi 04 (or HJK II) - Finland Ykkonen:
PK 35 come in with four wins in a row, and have outscored the opposition 13-1 in those four wins. Their opponents, on the other hand, have only one win in their last nine games, and they're winless away from home this season (four losses, one draw, outscored 10-4).

PK 35 won 2-0 on the road against this same team a little over a month ago, and it'll be a similarly comfortable win tomorrow.

Can currently get it at -124 at BetPhoenix. Hop on that as soon as possible...it's got early morning mover written all over it. I'd even take it at -1 if it moved that far, looking for no less than a two-goal win.

Kicks off at 11:30 am US ET.

Many more to follow, but this is the one that jumped out at me first.

Next up, we've got a double dip in Ireland.

St. Patrick's Athletic ML vs. Sporting Fingal: St. Pat's come in hot, with three wins in a row overall and five league wins in a row at home.

Fingal have lost only once in 11 road league matches, but I'm looking at fatigue as a factor in this one. St. Pat's come in rested up, having not played since last Sunday, whereas this is their third match in a week (league match on Monday, Europa League qualifier on Thursday) and fourth in about a week and a half for Fingal (including a trip to Portugal).

St. Pat's ML is currently at +105 at BP. Kicks off at 10 am ET.

Galway United/Dundalk OVER 2: Looking at both fatigue and form here as well. Like Fingal, Dundalk were occupied with Europa League qualifiers the last couple of weeks, and this is their fifth match in the span of two weeks. The results haven't been good from the previous four either...they were routed 8-0 over two legs by Levski Sofia, and they lost 4-0 (to Shamrock Rovers) and 3-0 (to St. Pat's) in their two league matches. Overall, this is Dundalk's eighth match this month, and you can bet they're looking forward to not having another game for six days after this one.

Some stats to consider: 14 of Galway's 22 league matches have had a total of two goals or more, including seven of their 11 home matches.

Each of Dundalk's last six league matches has seen at least three goals. Seven of their 10 road league matches have seen at least two goals, and 13 of their 21 overall league matches this season have seen at least two goals.

Galway have allowed 15 goals in 11 home matches, while Dundalk have allowed 16 in 10 road matches. Average goals per game in Galway's home games is 2.54 (28 in 11). Average goals per game in Dundalk's away games is 2.7 (27 in 10).

Over's currently -131 at BP. Get it before it has a chance to move to 2, 2 1/2. Kicks off at 2 pm ET.

Molde/IK Start OVER (Norway): You can get it at 2 1/2, 3 at -144 at BP right now...with where it's at, it could move to 3 before kickoff. Bookmaker has the over 3 at -110, which is very much to my liking.

There have been 30 goals scored in Molde's eight home matches this season (3.75 goals per game average). There have been 32 goals scored in Start's eight road matches this season (4 goals per game average).

Start have allowed 20 goals in eight away matches (2.5 goals per game). Molde have scored 16 in eight home matches (two per game).

Neither side has been particularly prolific recently, and their previous meeting this season was a 1-1 draw, but scoring should not be a problem in this meeting.

Kicks off at 12 pm ET.

                  Just for you bballs...

Kawasaki Frontale -1/2, -1 vs. Kyoto Purple Sanga: Kawasaki own Kyoto, to say the least. Last 12 matches, Kawasaki has won 10 and lost only two, outscoring Kyoto 37-16.

Kawasaki come into this one unbeaten at home this season, with four wins and two draws in six matches, and they've outscored opponents 11-4 at home. On the other hand, Kyoto have not fared well on the road at all, going 1-3-3 and getting outscored 13-9.

Kawasaki haven't looked good coming out of the World Cup break, but this is a great chance to get back on track. ML (-200 at Bookmaker) is too much juice for me, but jump on the -1/2, -1 if you're able to, and it should be a winnah!

Kicks off at 6 am ET.

                      And an extra one...

Sagan Tosu -1/2, -1 vs. Thespa Kustasu (J2 League) and OVER 2 1/2: The side is at +110 and the total is at +100 at BP right now, and I like 'em both a lot.

Sagan Tosu sport an unbeaten mark at home, with five wins and three draws in eight matches. On the flip side, Kusatsu have struggled away from home, winning only once in eight road matches, with five losses and two draws.

As for the over, what catches my eye is that the total has been three or more in each of Sagan Tosu's last seven matches, and they have scored three goals in each of their last three home matches. Also, the total has been three or more in six of Kusatsu's last nine matches, and they've allowed two or more goals four times on the road (and eight times overall this season). And to add to all of that, Sagan, along with their recent scoring outburst at home, have allowed two or more goals in five of their last seven matches.

Hi griffdog, love the PK-35 play today as well, I played it at -0.5 and -1 -119.

Thinking of taking St. Pats Athletic as well but still considering this play before making a final decision.

Good luck with your picks today.

Not the best start to the day. Surprised by the Tosu result, but it happens. Ireland can be a bit unpredictable, so I'm not overly surprised about that one.

PK 35's up 1-0 right now, Molde and Start are 1-1 at halftime, those are looking good. And with Galway-Dundalk left on the board as well, another winning day is still within reach.

Two for the afternoon/evening...I'm parlaying them, but they can both be played straight as well.

Universitario -1 vs. Sport Huancayo (Peru) & Emelec -1 vs. Manta (Ecuador): Got the first one at -132 and the second at -150. Emelec own Manta. Sport Huancayo are winless in 12 road matches (nine losses, three draws, scored 12, conceded 27).

First one starts at 4:30 et, second at 6:00 et.

Screwed myself out of a great afternoon. Emelec did too, but it's more on me. Had three I liked in Peru (Universitario, Juan Aurich, and Melgar - all three won comfortably, as I expected), but went with the ones I could parlay (Juan Aurich and Melgar were -1/2, -1) instead of just playing everything straight. Ah well.
