I agree Klose is one of my favorite players aswell. He always finds himself in the right place at the right time. I remember watching him 2 WC ago scoring mad goals and here he is again with on the board with 4 goals. I think what Forlan did throughout the WC is enough for me to choose him over ANY player. But Klose definately deserves honorable mention from me.

Muller, mostly because i was all over live-betting overs in Germany matches. would've loved to have seen him play against Spain, though not saying Germany would've necessarily won just because of that. hard to argue with people picking Forlan, Suares, Snejder, Schweinsteiger, Villa. Honda was fkn nails too. been a great WC.

Anelka didn;t set up anything, France was bound to fail after Domenech left outside the squad 3 players : benzema, Ben Arfa and Nasri. And France was bound to fail because Domenech is a fuckin moron.
Muller will be the 'best young player' for sure. He has a great future ahead, he plays at a huge club, Bayern Munchen, and Germany will always be a team that will fight for major trophies. If he keeps his head on his shoulders, and focuses on training and playing well, he will be a player that we will remember with joy.

agree. note, i didn't say Anelka set it "up," said he set it "off." you are correct that the situation was bound to end badly, someone on France was going to snap (as evinced by the training boycott to follow), and that someone was Anelka. not saying that the situation was his fault, he just finally lit the fuse. agree that credit for that must go to Domenech.

BOL to Spain tomorrow, i am backing your team for sure. i am thinking 1-0.
