Means hes betting under 1.5 goals for the first 45' plus stoppage time. So if there's 0 or 1 goal he wins if theirs 2 or more goals he loses.

It's about picking the right game tho.

I had the same bets in Uru v. Ghana game and Spain v. Paraguay game.

Too much offense in the semis IMO, enuf to say it's not worth the juice.
