+/- .5 is for the first 90 minutes, no extra time or pk. So Ghana +.5 would be a winner on a tie after 90.

Escrow was set up by SBR to avoid people stiffing points bets. I know, it is hard to believe, but people apparently stiff point bets. I dont think many people have used the Escrow. I actually was just advised it existed today.
