why can't they have a challenge rule like NFL. That would give a team chance to reverse a critical bad call, while still not to be abused to slow game down.

Because they expect Algeria to win after dominating the game. Also the refs will help them out so the books know what's going on.

But USA should play a lot better in 2nd half so jump on it if you disagree with the line.
