WiseGrumpy, when you wager a team to advance, is this the same thing as "To Qualify"? My book is offering Brazil to qualify @ 1.40 which doesn't seem like a very valuable play. Likewise, I can get Uruguay to qualify @ 1.43.

Exactly. I think both in 90 min is a good play as well, but I'm placing a big bet, so it's worth it.

Both of my plays are a win in 90 min. Brazil and Uruguay, I don't see how they don't win after looking into the games again.

They played soo sloppy on the second half....gave the ball away sooo many times with all those Yellow cards and that Red Card...

...At least we got Uruguay to help us get back on our feet...Uruguay should win due to Ghana's Key players being out of game.

Damn! I knew those odds were too steep. It's great when you create rules for yourself like don't bet on anything with odds at 1.4, then go right ahead and break them. Reality steps in and slaps the crap out of you for breaking your rules.

Not much you can do when the 2nd best team in the world simply gives up after 1 goal. I don't care that Holland advanced, they are a weak team, I'm going big with Uruguay against them in the next round I'm sure the odds will be very good.
