Mourinho is good but do not forget that there is also players who actually made the title happen. I´d say Inter is a club with most equal players - no big shining stars - which talks to their favour.

I am also confident that Mourinho will leave Inter. He is a globe-trotter, he loves new challenges, he gets bored pretty quickly. He will probably join Real and battle Barca in Spain. After he gets bored there too, he will look for a national team to coach, most likely Portugal.
