Both teams suck, definitely. But Bochum have more road wins than Koln's home wins. In this kind of game, I'd take the more desperate side - Bochum. My guess is if Bochum scores the first goal, they'll win. I also like these about the Bochum pick:

1) At home, Koln have scored 6 and conceded 13 goals. GD of -7
2) On the road, Bochum have scored 8 and conceded 9. GD of -1.
3) Koln have been shutout in 14 games while Bochum have been shutout only in 7 games.

I'd take a GD of -1 any day over -7.
