I'm assuming you collect date and model games. Is it true, or do you 'manually' handicap games and 'pick your spots'?

Do you bet early or just before the games begin? Have you ever lost a 'round' of this system and how much was the loss? Or do you just keep going until the round is won, even if it takes weeks?
