by the way it's 351/1 still

What I don't understand is why Tunisia is still 500/1 while Qatar is just a little big longer at 750/1 (all prices b365).

Tunisia battling with a team who I think has potential to steal the group from the French, and Qatar is worse than Faroe Islands.

I think once it gets to 500/1, its not that accurate or precise.

An alien to be confirmed this year was 100/1 a while ago :/

Good post beefer. I was thinking the same way. Taking advantage of the geographics and demographics. I'm pretty sure books didn't calculate that into the odds nor did many gamblers into their handicapping.

Though I must say that 3-1 ATS record result is somewhat lucky.

Expected Tunisia and Morocco to see more of the ball in the opening round. Especially Morocco they dominated Iran and made it close to 50/50 games against Portugal and Spain in 2018

Anyway that luck is probably due to the fact that we are in middle east

Maybe add Senegal to the list and take out Iran. Senegal not middle eastern but is 91% muslim while Iran is somewhere else with their heads because of political turmoil back home.

Yeah was thinking this might be more of a Muslim country thing
as well.These teams have tremendous support for obvious reasons from what ive watched so far.Its still in the 80s temp wise too outside and I think someof these teams from europe will feel the fatigue even with the air conditioning.Im def gonna play em all again ATS second round.

yeah iran seems like an anomaly with the unrest.Who knows if the players are feeling it after that beatdown by england and their failure to sing the national anthem.The mullahs might have their head on a platter.The other middle eastern ones are pretty politically safe at the moment.

Still think Morrocco and Tunisia have the best chance to go far.Both played pretty well and were compact defensivly and could take some points.Money line bets are pretty juicy for both next round.
