    Seems like the obvious value play here. Chelsea are at home and need the W. PSG on the road and happy with a draw. I dont see PSG leaving england with a win 50% of the time in this spot. EV +

          Nope, the fact PSG does not win >50% of the time does not mean your bet on Chelsea pk at ~EV is a good one. Statistically speaking, if the true probability is for PSG to win ~30% of the time, Chelsea to win ~20% of the time, and to draw ~50% of the time, you would lose long-term. Just trying to explain the difference. Now, what is the "true probability" for this match is of course a big question. GL anyways.

            Not to mention John Terry is out for Chelsea so that alone reduces their odds of winning. Not a hell of alot because Chelsea is putrid this season but he is one of their best players, albeit a c unt.
