Roar ML is too big to ignore, I've missed the best number it looks like everyone is on it.

They are missing Theo between the sticks which is big but Young is a good back up. Biggest out in this game is for the home side the captain Durante. Roar should do well in the midfield and should boss it, the new Spanish signing looks really good. 'Nix can't score either which helps.

Brisbane Roar ML +180 (mad I missed +200 and Roar not to lose at okay odds but hey that's the betting game). Just 0.5 on this as I've missed the good number.

Perth just had a big midweek win in the cup, prob be fatigued but get Mirinkovic back to add some quality. Reds get their striker Djite back who they've been missing badly, missing Eugene between the sticks for awhile should help the over. It'll be a sweat but I think there maybe a couple late to cash it hopefully.

Liverpool v Southampton over 2.5 1U @1.95

Saints games have had plenty of goals lately and Liverpool are good to give up at least one, Anfield will be loud again behind their new manager think it could be a cracker.

Suicidal defending at the moment gets the over though, comical those Perth counters it's 4 on 2 every chance it was only a matter of time before they scored again.

Liverpool officially off the play list, actually feel for Klopp he's inherited a mess who are going nowhere. Used to be a huge 'Pool supporter until I started supporting my own team with the same passion but still have a huge soft spot for them and follow the team closely. These owners better give him a chance as he's an absolute top draw manager and perfect for the club with what he can on funds not matching the giants. It is going to take I'd say three seasons to get anything going and I have no confidence that those above will give him that.

He'd want an almost complete overhall of the current roster it's shite, and clubs know 'Pool has money so always overcharge when selling and underpay when buying as they're failures (but still solid players). Bring back Stevie G and Carra for the rest of the season, at least there'll be a little passion and I'll care a bunch more!


Finish my rant for tomorrows play: City/Jets Under 2.5 @ 2.20 0.5U

Just a small play at the moment, Jets are a tough ol' mob who's only real chance is to grind out games, I think City are the perfect team to get drawn into a game of fouls. Melbournes d has been suspect hence the smaller play, think it'll be 1 or 2 nil the home side but wouldn't be surprised the the Jets nick it in the second half after a scoreless first.



In other news the FFA (Aussie football fed) want my Phoenix outta the league, so gutted as it looks like it's only a matter of time and wouldn't blame the owners for pulling pin in the start of a new season. Going to be a weird game v Mel Victory this weekend, interested to see if the north/south block help our situation at all with chant or two...... dreaming possibly.

Hey mase i've been leaning the under 2.5 in the jetts game too, only worry is the fact that melbourne victory dominated them last week and could of put 3-4 past them on a good day, hopefully City don't do the same and capitalize on their chances.

And i agree victory v wellington will be weird, i don't know why they want to get rid of wellington , would be a shame
