Both sides are in decent form and should be the favourites to progress to the next round. Everton has Baines injured and will be without Pienaar, Naismith & Barry who did not travel to Germany, with an eye out on the weekend fixrure away to spurs on Sunday. Everton sits in 9th spot in the Premeir league and are looking NOT TO LOSE THIS GAME where as Wolfsburg will be hungry to win the tie having a great home record (past 8 games 7W 1D) compared to Evertons away record 2W 2L 4D. Wolfsburg sit in second spot in the Bundesliga and should win this with old man Olic in form (5GF in 11 games) and Everton resting a few players.
