Not too much to said about this matchup BATE have been bad allowing 19GA in the group stages. All of BATES matches in the group have gone over 2.5. Porto have had 3/4 group games go over. The last time around was a 6-0 victory for the Portuguese club. BATE still have the Europa league to play for where as Porto needs the win to win the group. A draw really helps no one here so I expect some goals, even though BATES manager hinted at parking the bus.

2. Macclesfield OVER 2.5 @ 1.85/-117 (ENG Cnf) 2 Units

The last 4 meetings between these sides have all gone Over 2.5 goals per game. Conference averages 2.67 goals per game. Torquay's games average 3.30 goals per game, where as Macclesfield averages 2.00gpg. Torquay have the leagues 2nd best GF with 39 goals scored. If Bate has conceded so many goals and this over on paper seems so likely and easy why then the ++ odds on the over? Gives me pause and I will be live betting this I think. Maybe I'll miss my window of opportunity in doing so but something about this just makes me nervous. Gl Diamond Jack

Because Porto has been hit and miss in UEFA in the goal scoring department. Also, I think the feeling is Porto can sit on a goal lead and qualify.

However, I'm also in the camp on the over regardless of the odds. It's like the Monday Night Football games where the number is large but people have been outbetting the over even if on paper it looks like it will be low scoring (aka My largest play today is 2.5 units on this over. BOL to all.

Honestly... Porto almost didn't make it. They were playing so loose. Glad they finally tried and got all 3 goals and the OVER so daddy can do the money dance now.
