Agreed. I'm not sure they were deep enough to sustain the hectic schedule of extended Euro play. It started to show late in games, as they were just not as fresh. Now, with the League taking a break for Int'l friendlies, they should be fresh and raring to go. They certainly have the better talent at their disposal ( market value in excess of double that of Espanyol @ 62million ). Think they control the tempo of this one from the outset.
