It's only for Premier League, Serie A, Primera Liga, Bundesliga 1 or Champions League. If you add any other leagues, there won't be any bonus.

But he is parlaying other leagues outside the big 4 too. Yes, if he is only going to parlay the 4 leagues, then bet365 added bonus will be worth it. If not, it's best to search for the best odds to parlay.
