Well it sure seems like Netherlands is a good bet only thing that might be stopping them is Ochoa, that guy saved like mad in the Brazil-Mexico game, Mexico might have the upper hand in goalkeeping which might get them the W. Still I think Netherlands should have like 70% chance to win this game which means line should be -250 not -180 so yeah it is a good value.
