My opinion is that Australia can score. They have Cahill and they consider to play with a second striker (maybe Matthew Leckie). Leckie is fast and can push the ball forward in counterattacks. He played good in the transition game in their first game versus Chile. I don't know how the starting formation of Australia looks like right before the kick-off but I will keep an eye on whether they will use him as a striker or not.
Australia is missing Ivan Franjic (a defender who plays on the right) and they don't have an adequate replacement for him right now (I think Australia has to improvise here) I can see a missmatch on the right versus Arjen Roben If Australia cannot replace Franjic with another player who fits the role.
I would bet that both teams to score (on a small stake) since I see Australia scoring one goal but I don't expect an upset here.

All strategy. I think both try for the 1st 15-20, but if it's scoreless at that point, I think neither risks losing and it does play out dull at 0-0.
