Parma vs Fiorentina

Any thoughts about this match?

Fiorentina had a solid away win in the europa league mid week which would boost their confidence after falling to inter at home (2-1)

Parma are in great form but if you look at who they have played/beaten recently they havent actually defeated a top side

Fiorentina look really enticing on the draw no bet and +1 markets (+1 has payed out the last 9 times these 2 teams have played each other)
any thoughts?

Parma hasn't lost since november of last year and that was to Juventus. Lost at home only twice to stong sides ( Juventus and Roma ) There's no doubt that Fiorentina is up there but this is their 4th game in 2 weeks at some point players get worn out.

Based on what happened past 2 days with the teams that play in Europa and Champions league.. anything can happen.

Fiorentina hasn't lost by more than one goal this whole season so this game will definitely be tight. Draw has some value though.

Fiorentina may not have lost by more than a goal this whole season but these are the kind of games in which trends are broken. I wouldn't go with Fiorentina +1 as they could as well lose by more than a goal. I think OVER is the play here.

draw probably is best value though like edabramov states...drew 2-2 in Florence earlier in season, and the last 5 games at Tardini have been a draw (in normal time)! Gonzalo Rodriguez may be out for Fiorentina although he is in the squad, and Acquah is suspended for Parma - he has been important for them in their recent good run. Parma were unlucky not to win in Florence though, had a lot of good chances.

I dont think I could back Fiorentina with Matri and Illicic up front! Pretty much relying on Borja Valero and Cuadrado pulling something out of the bag. Cuadrado didnt play in Denmark on Thursday so he'll be rested, and Mario Gomez did come on for half hour so maybe he'll even start tonight

Does it make sense to bet both the draw and Fiorentina? So basically the book is betting on Parma...

I am seeing +225 Draw and +200 Fiorentina so if I bet 100 on each then I can win 125 on draw or 100 on Fiorentina or lose 200 on Parma.

Any of you soccer guys ever make such bets?

Yes you are correct but because I've been playing at local I don't get much options...
ended up passing on the match, -200 or so for +.5 didn't seem worth it.
