    virtus lanciano question???
    does anyone know why virtus lanciano who is first place plus money?
    virtus lanciano is first place and plaing at home. padova is basically last place and playing away. also padova has not won an away game in a long time.
    Anything im missing here?

      virtus lanciano also has never lost to padova going back as far as 2004, not that i relie on head to head stats that much. also looks like full sqaud is playing.
      Possibly a fix??? any info anyone?

          Whenever I see lines like these its usually a hint that there is a possibility of a draw. Lanciano did win 2 of their 4 games at home.. but the end results were 1-0.. 1-0.. Then they drew with unimpressive teams that are at the bottom of the table.. Like 1-1 against Reggina.. who are only 2 points ahead of Padova ( and they played 2 more games so they will end up being below them ).

              Lanciano are punching above their weight at the moment and on paper have one of the weaker sides in the division. This isnt palermo or empoli at home who would be minus odds at home to padova. They are grinding out results through combination of luck, hard work, and solid organisation. They are going to slip up at some point. Bear in mind tht they also only won 5 games at home last season, and drew 11 so tht is another reason why they are not at minus odds to win

                  Was 18th last year.

                      thanks for the insight guys. i tend to stay away from something that looks attractive. just could not point my finger as to why the plus money.

                          They may well go and prove that they should of been -120! Im not saying they should be those odds, just saying why the oddsmakers have set the line like they have
