I will play overs/unders, singles, double, trebles and will use Betvictor as my book but i advise to use Bet365 for better odds, only i've been blocked from using them hence why i'm using Betvictor which give similarly good odds.

I might go with Belgium as posted in your thread, as i said there Italy u21 look a lot poorer as a lot of them have now graduated to the main national team like Insigne and Gabbiadini, besides Di biaggio has had a tough start and doesn't look to be as stable as Devis Mangia and Ferrara were before him. So with that in mind i would go with Belgium to win too.

I just don't trust Di biaggio to have the necessary team to beat belgium u21, i think the Italy u21 are going through a transitional phase, having lost quite a few players due to age or to the main NT team, whilst Belgium are more mature at this stage.
