Wow, that's nuts. I've always enjoyed Fox Soccer and Fox Soccer Plus coverage for EPL but it looks like now it's going to be worthless to carry those channels. Time to cancel.

I still can't believe NBC is going to be carrying so many EPL games in the US. This is like a dream come true for soccer fans in the states!

I cant believe anybody will be watching those, apart from a few degen gamblers. Another dumb move by NBC. I love to bet soccer and I grew up watching soccer, but watching regular season games is even more boring than baseball.

Exactly. Best thing NBC did was change Versus to NBC SportsNet and pick up NHL coverage. With EPL they'll do just fine. You think ESPN would start a daily soccer news show if they thought nobody was watching?

Just to follow up, as popular as the NFL is in the US, do you think there would be an NFL Ticket (Direct TV), RedZone channel, etc. if not for gamblers and fantasy players? Gamblers are the lifeblood of NFL/NCAA football and they know it. No other reason to watch Oakland vs. Jacksonville, etc.

If you're in the States, Bright House have the overflow channels up and running. Pretty sure Time Warner and others do also. Channel numbers vary by location. Here in Tampa/Orlando area it's 1831-1835. Sweet.
