Aka Asian handicapping. I use a local book and these are not an option for me. I can only wager ML, spread & totals.

I have never placed a wager such as that as I have not had the option to do so.

He is talking about european handicap. There are no push in EH, if Greece wins w/ exactly 1 it's draw (-1)
