I don't follow Soccer in France much, but if I had to pick a play for this game it'd be U2.5 @ -120. France games have a tendency to go under the total. You'd get better insight creating a new thread asking specifically about this game from other cappers here who are more familiar in that area of the world!

Steveq, I'd be careful about the cup game in France today. I find that the cup tends to be very different from the league. There are usually a lot more goals, where as in Ligue 1 betting you usually don't get great odds for Under 2.5. Furthermore there are usually quite a few upsets... eg. yesterday Lyon, 2nd in the top league in France, got knocked out by Épinal who are near the bottom of National, the third division, and Rennes who are 4th in Ligue 1 got knocked out by Lens in Ligue 2. Wouldn't like to call it either way to be honest

i like this play. i'm thinning everton will actually take this a little more seriously than some of the other top tier clubs because they actually have a decent squad this year and have chances to go far in things like FA cup. thoughts on that?

yep - good enough to go far in these types of games but not good enough to hang with the best in EPL. You put the 3rd string player in a game against a lesser competition and he will prove his point.

I expect a 2-1 or 3-1 everton win today.

As for my 3rd goal play on Rayo above, I am not so sure anymore. Getafe will have to come out firing 2H, and if Rayo puts a third one in I don't know if we will cash the BTTS bet. Been burned too many times taking both teams at +$$$ for next goal, so i'm gonna let this one ride.
