Wow, numbers 2 & 4 look promising for you. I don't play parlays as I'm still learning the nuances of wagering. Out of curiousity, and if you don't mind, how much would those parlays bring you if they win?

I saw that race with Village Jolt last week... Parked the mile and lost by a neck ... He's a tough beast for sure ... Maybe that race took a little out of him.

I have a round robin with

                      Carolina +1 (won)
                      NY Giants -10.5 (won)
                      Washington -3
                      Colts -3.5

I am wondering if the Skins cover tonight, should I hedge the Colts game tomorrow and lock in a little more profit? Is there a standard percentage that is the best to lock in, 'risk vs reward' wise. Say the Skins cover and I stand to win $1,000 if the Colts cover, how much would you hedge the Colts game for? Thanks

                        I also have a 5 team, 7pt teaser with

                        Skins +4
                        Giants -4 (won)
                        Panthers +7 (won)
                        Packers +10 (push)
                        Jaguars -6 (won)

Too bad those packers couldn't get you one more point.

Shawn, I think you mentioned you play at vip. Like most sportsbooks, you can usually pick your parlay teams and without confirming the bet, have the payoff calculated based on the wager amount you enter. Once you get used to the math/odds, they're not too tough to calculate on your own. Basically, it's like letting each single bet in the parlay ride.
