A professional treasure hunter from California named Bill Warren claims to know the exact location where the U.S. Navy dumped Osama Bin Laden’s body last year – and he’s trying to raise $200,000 in funding to recover it.

Warren told a reporter for Spanish newspaper El Mundo that the feds dumped the body in a heavily weighted bag roughly 200 miles due west of the Indian city of Surat.
