If you ever are getting chased by the police go to a mall parking lot, park near the entrance and run inside. It's your best out even though it will probably fail.

I completely agree. The longer this lasts the more likely it will end in disaster. Take him out, block him off or shoot out his tires. Sad response by police.

i assume cops have to respond this way these days because of litigation. if someone innocent gets hurt, they will sue the LAPD and hit the jackpot.
