Heaven and Hell for me. I think Dio was a better singer. Like one of the other posters mentioned, the songs were better constructed in H&H. It certainly doesn't take away from Black Sabbath though.

On another note, RIP Ronnie Montrose. The self-titled first Montrose album was incredible.

I prefer BS because of their mood and feeling... I personally say Dio is a better singer, but I can't stand 2-3 really high pitch screams like he did... It just makes me crazy... but Dutch is right... Dio is the one who started with the high pitch screams, then everyone started singing like that... For example... Iron Maiden
