Are yoga pants indecent?

They are still in style as casual wear. Today I spent some time at a food court in a busy shopping mall, there was a parade of girls wearing these things. They have to be the best way for girls to showcase their ass. From my observations a thong is always worn with them, you can see the lining of the thong. It's like these pants are painted on, every curve is accentuated.

Now I'm not complaining, there were some incredible sights.....but I gotta wonder if yoga pants are breaking public indecency laws.
