cognac is over priced and not very good in my opinion. I've had some that was 150 per shot and it still didn't taste good to me. Louis XIV at the casino I worked at.

Mix up and put in fancy bottles and say it is High End Cognac and sell for $80 a bottle

Make sure you make authentic labels that look legit so the buyer thinks he is getting $200 bottles for $80
