              Doesn't look staged to me. They came there for an opportunity to become an adult actress... 1k-5k (judging from what the guy said.) Every girls facial expression is uncertain... dumbfounded almost scared and unwary in a way...

              I'm sure there were many takes (not published) of girls who said no... or walked out... naturally we won't see the footage of those... but you can easily see the uncertainty in their facial expressions.
