The fact that they created a situation where bad things might happen isn't the same as being guilty of rape.

I didn't say Ben was innocent. I have no idea what he's done. I just understand that people must be proven guilty of a crime. I don't see how all these armchair prosecutors can have so much more information than the real prosecutors who had to drop the charges due to lack of any significant proof. He never admitted to raping anyone- he made some vague admission to the league about being around bars too often and putting himself in risky situations. His behavioral suspension didn't mention anything about sexual conduct, let alone rape. And let's not forget that the first accuser immediately called her lawyer instead of calling the cops and that no criminal charges were ever filed.
