Lou I understand that....My whole problem i guess is that I feel that you never give the poster, who generates your business, the benefit of the doubt. It's as if you automatically assume that everyone is out to screw you. Every once in a while you have to look beyond the obvious...Do I complain about trivia often? Have I ever tried to get it reset before, etc. That is my problem.

Sherri told me that SBR was aware of the situation, so you obviously know it is a problem. Yet, you still say it cannot be confirmed. Well, you are correct, it can't be confirmed. However, common logic would say that I had a problem. Hell the damn question was who wore #80 on the 49ers.... brett farve, young, rice, or neal evens
