There's an add-on for the Firefox browser called download helper that will convert to MP3.

i use this one http://www.onlinevideoconverter.com/ you paste the url of the song into it and your done

I use www.filsh.net. It always works without problems. However I havent tried any other sites so I have nothing to compare it with.
