LOL silly American, I'm a 5 hour flight away from Vancouver, I could care less if they won or lost the Cup. The only thing getting on my nerves is seeing how some of you retards think you are so superior because a team that you probably live hours away from, and would root for against if your team was playing them, just won the Stanley Cup.
The last time I checked, national teams don't play for the Stanley Cup, NHL teams do. If national teams played for the Stanley Cup, Canada would spank the US's sorry ass just like they did in 2010 and in 2002 on their own home ice in Salt Lake.

a lot of those toyotas and hondas are being made here in the US by Americans while the gm's and fords are being made in mexico. it's not that the US companies sold out to overseas industries but they had to, to stay solvent because the greedy unions absolutely decimated the US manufacturing sector. and unfortunate as it is, the trade deficit that we have with china is what keeps our govt afloat. they use that trade deficit(surplus for them) to buy our bonds. so you could make the case that buying from china is patriotic because without buying their crap and having a deficit with them they wouldn't have the money to buy our bonds and our govt would have no money and be forced to shut down. sick way to look at it but true. unions were needed in the 30's and 40's but are a cancer now they killed the manufacturing base of this country and they're even killing sports, nfl lockout anyone.Comment -

China has huge problems coming down the pipe. Their workforce is aging. The young Chinese are going to start demanding better wages and medical, which will fuk their economy up totally. Their cities are polluted beyond belief, causing illness and diesese that they are not prepared to handle. And maybe the worst problem being that they aborted a generation of female babies. There's not enough women to go around.
They want nothing to do with "owning the U.S.". Nothing. It's a one world economy now. Anything that hurts the U.S., hurts China. They want the U.S. to have an excellent economy and the American people to be out spending money and buying Chinese exports.
