What Are Your Thoughts On Food Stamps?

With all of the welfare debate going on. What are your thoughts about food stamps. Do you look at people funny if they pull out a benefit card at the check out line? Does this mean that they are lazy? Don't care to work? Maybe crackheads or illegals? This economy is fukked up and god forbid if your mother or father needed food stamps. Some people worked an honest living, their whole lives and are now on social security. Many also get food stamps because social security doesn't pay shit. Does that make them less of a person? Curious to hear your thoughts.
