I get my protein from natural foods like egg whites and chicken breast. Why would you drink a processed shake with preservatives when you can eat natural foods?

if you arent eating clean and working out regularly, it doesnt really matter... buy the cheapest shit you can find that has between 270-300 calories per (2)scoops and 52g of protein...i think thats pretty much the norm... you might want to look for something else if you are on a mission, but if you arent, that body fortress or six star muscle stuff they have at wal-mart/target etc. will work...gl
