Best: the big capitals of the world (Hong Kong, London, NY), Gibraltar is great fun, Paris is a nice place to live too.
Worst: LA. Just endless sprawl. Dudes, city design.

OK the Worst Cities are, with an explaination
Detroit MI: The city has a 6 mile road a 7 mile road,etc... it is like a bomb went off at 0 mile, and the city went with it in naming the roads.
Hazleton PA: What a shit hole, it snows every day in the winter, and even that can't cover up the nasty look. If you like Bath Salts, don't bother in Hazleton, cause they are banned from sale.
Fort McMurray Canada: Google this hell hole and you can begin to see why the place blows. In the winter a day when the high is 0 F is a God send, and in the summer a day with out 40 MPH winds is also good so that the dust will be minimal.
Camden NJ: Come on everybody knows about Camden. I just pray that my car never breaks down on the highway there. I think JJ may live there also, but I'm not sure.
Now for the best cities:
Lake Tahoe, the California side: You have everything I need there, medical buds, skiing, boating, water skiing, gambling, and prostitution when the old lady isn't giving it up. I want to move to this area.
Amsterdam: Again pot and whores, but not just that, for the engineer types, they have dikes, dams, and canals that are amazing to study if you think about what they are actually doing. They have historical museums and tulips and freaky shoes.
Toronto, Canada: Wineries nearby, metro niceness in a big city feel, and I don't feel like the whitest guy on the beach there during the summer.
