Looking for an Apartment!

where should i look online to find my next apartment? im looking for a place near the Dive bars in Buckhead ( Atlanta ) but i want a place with a good pool scene. ( and hopefully a volleyball court )

where should i look? need to know its a college type apartment complex and even a party reputation wouldnt hurt.

Buckhead is not cheap, from what I've heard. Even the "dive bar" area.

have you tried craigslist? that site would probably be more informative.

Craigslist is good, rent.com is decent for giving you a lay of the land. Really, Craigslist isn't as bad as it was 5-10 years ago. Plenty of people buy/sell stuff and find roommates on there these days.

online is ok but you really need to make appointments and check the places out.
just how quickly the apartment manager gets back to you and how friendly he/she is will go a long way towards your happiness as a renter. easy to tell right off the bat who will be there for you if/when the toilet doesn't work, you're locked out, etc etc

Get somewhere near moondogs in buckhead. Perfect place to pick up 21-25 year old boozy chicks

Go up Roswell rd towards sandy springs, a lot cheaper, and a lot of nice apartments up there. Not many in Butthead unless you pay big bucks.

Take Marta bus into butthead to get drunk everynight. Get chicks to drive you home.
