They are not expensive around $250 say.

A metal detector is a good bet in the UK and people regularly unearth massive hoards. A couple of years ago a guy found about £2m worth of anglo saxon gold. Also another guy found an amazing Roman helmet up in Cumbria that was worth a huge sum.

It pays to think positive.
