UPDATE:

My stomach hurts like a bitch. I haven't had diarrhea yet but at this point its only a ******* matter of time. I have popped tums, but apparently those have no effect. I would get pepto bismal but all stores close are closed and I honestly dont believe I have the strength or stomach fortitude to move out of my chair.

definitely not a good idea. Raw fish left out for more than like an hour(really in less time) is enough time for the bacteria to reproduce a bazillionfold. And raw fish is even worse since it was never cooked in the first place to kill any of the original bacteria that was on it.
