come on Bear **** working out. i use to do it but its gay. just drink more and work on your jokes. it will get you more in life than a cut body. just read my thread in the Saloon and thats all youll ever need.

Don't bother with it. Its a waste of $150+
Read up on stuff for free online, watch vids on youtube, etc. The entire plan is based on high-intensity movements. It definitely works, but IMO is a waste of money.
What are your stats (height, weight, age, etc), and what are your goals?

i agree with just looking stuff up on the internet, there is so much free information out there it is always a waste of money to buy a program from an infomercial... just get a gym membership and exercise. not very complicated, just gotta get motivated

if you have too much visible fat... do insanity... it will help you lose those extra pounds easier... once you are skinny you can do P90X to finish ripping you... that's what I am doing... week 4 on insanity already... GL BRO!

It depends how much you weigh you don't wanna have a heart attack lmao. Im a personal trainer and I'm gonna tell you now if you just watch you tube videos and observe some more serious guys working out at the gym you will be able to create your own workout. They are just HIIT workouts nothing special its a normal routine for a normal cross fitter athlete
