Im catching like 6 hours or less a night now, down from a consistent 7. I can definitely feel the difference...How many hours you guys sleepin?

#26Actually the 8 hour a night is just a myth. Doctors started saying 8 hours because it breaks the day up into 1/3. 8 hours for sleep, 8 hours for work and 8 hours for leisure. There have been numerous studies in which the individuals did not know the time of day and the average time of sleep was 10 hours.
But every person is different. For me, i need to get about 9....which everyone should easily be able to get(from 10pm-7am). If i get any more or less then i feel fatigued.Comment -
