wow.. was about to make the change.. this thread makes me freeze and reconsider.... any advantages??? my biggest problem is firefox memory hog issue and how u have to restart it often with low memory computers.

I like it, there are a couple extensions that need to be updated to work with it but its still a billion times better than the new internet explorer that just came out

With Firefox 3 everytime I tried to watch a video it said that I needed a plug in. Then it would never let me add the plug in.

Right click on tool bar and select the setting you want. When you download 4 it defaults to that slim toolbar, but you can return it to what it looked like in three. Play with it.

I got used to it quick, but changing the tabs to the bottom is super easy, right click choose "tabs on top" and it will move them back to the old way. Toolbars just click customize and then drag and drop like all versions.

4 is way faster worth the upgrade from 3

If you really hate Firefox try Chrome, two best browsers IMHO. Chrome was faster until Firefox 4 came out now they are pretty even. Anyone like me that was stuck on roboform 6 and didn't want to upgrade to 7 try lastpass. It's better, a lot better and it's free.

ok i finally got a bookmarks tab in chrome. but the lack of a full menu bar is a no-no for a decent browser. here are some other quirks of chrome:

is there a drop down address bar?
is there a open location box like FF?
is there even a fukkin stop button so i can stop a page from loading?
