    Just started a new job...
...and I can't tell if I like it or not...How/when will I know if its a good fit? (I am an account/sales manager at a high capacity scale company...) If you guys have idea on how to figure out if I will be happy in the long run it would be great...Thanks!

you have to wait a few months, you get to know other employees better and you will have a better feeling how the company works. Your going to like some other co workers and there is going to be a few you can't stand.

Definately get to know your co-workers. Until you figure out the "politics", so to speak, then you will know if you'll fit well.

Listen to what they say first and then figure it out. Don't tell th too much about about yourself. And def don't tell them you gamble

When you stop feeling like you want to go to work. You know, some people love what they do.

Ive had a lot of first jobs. I can usually tell within the first week or 2 if its gonna suck. 2-4 weeks if its gonna be okay.

Be happy you have a job. Lots of people out there would love to have a job they don't like. I would say wait a month or two

most people hate their jobs, just consider how badly you need it in your cash flow equation

if u dont like it, train to be qualified for something you do like
