Fill up a few hundred Dixie cups with water, and place them every 6 inches or so, all over his floor. Or fill his room up with newspaper/packing peanuts

ask him if he wants a cup of coffee if so, pour boiling water into said cup - straight away pour it out again - steam will remain in the cup for a while - it'll look like the cups full of hot coffee - as your handing it to him acidentally drop it on him - guaranteed to scare the shit outta him. my fookin ex wife allways did it to me worked every time lol.

If you put some lifesavers hard candy (get the light-colored ones) in the showerhead, then when he takes a hot shower, the hot water will melt the lifesavers, and spray the liquid sugar candy all over him, but he won't have a clue. when he tries off and gets dressed, he'll feel sticky all over him, lol, because yah, now he's covered in liquid sugar. imagine just licking a sucker or jolly rancher or whatever, and then rubbing it on your skin - it's that feeling.
