Perspectives on the price of gasoline

problem is i can maintain myself hydrate with 3 liters of water but i consume atleast 10 liters of gas a day....o ya dont forget ur heater at home too that you needed to keep warm on winter and cold during summer. Oil is still is overpriced commodity that is overacted.

While I understand the point of the comparison, you aren't consuming 25-30 gallons of Pepto a week. It's all relative my man.

I have heard the analogy before, but it doesn't make me feel any better when I am pumping $60 per tank in my mid-size sedan. What are we supposed to draw from this? That we are lucky are cars are not powered by printer ink?

Are you sure you meant to type $1.99 for 24 bottles? I find that very hard to believe unless your like me and fill up your own personal water bottles with tap water...

If you don't feel like watching the video, in short, You cannot get rid of speculators without completely destroying commodity markets. If that happens, enjoy much more expensive gasoline. You have to take the good with the bad. Occasionally speculators will marginally push prices up, but to not allow free trading will grind the market to a halt.

So they have you hooked for the ink.
Someone calculated the cost of the ink at...............
( you won't believe it....but it is true........)
$5,200 a gal. ( five thousand two hundred dollars)

So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on water, Scope, or Whiteout, Pepto Bismol, Nyquil or God forbid, Printer Ink!
