I cannot say I've ever gone hard while taking a shit/piss. I usually piss in the shower and then shit in the toilet. You could, if your penis is big enough insert it into your mouth and shit/piss or put a ziploc bag on your cock and piss into that as you shit. Not only will that avoid the erection problem but you now have a bag full of piss to throw at someone you hate.

I did not realize there were so many different scenarios for this... I must have the perfect shits and the perfect size dong because I simply sit down and pee comes out first then once that is done my weiner is very flaccid so it hangs nicely in the bowl (if water is too high it might touch but that is rare). After urination then comes my smash. No matter what it's always just naturally pee first and poo second...pretty smooth process to say the least.
